I started guezenn with a simple premise: companies with technology challenges need experienced leadership, not another slide deck.
I've spent 25 years enabling companies with best in class digital systems and products — from building the systems that took Swissquote from startup to IPO to being the leading digital bank in Switzerland, running a 1,000-engineer organisation and CHF 100M technology budget at Credit Suisse, delivering one of the world's first central bank digital currencies with the Swiss National Bank at SIX Digital Exchange, and digital banking at Lombard Odier.
That experience is now available as a service — embedded, hands-on, and outcome-focused. I help companies build the right technology, hire and structure the right teams, adopt AI effectively, build with the right capacity and navigate regulatory complexity across FINMA, MiCA, and APAC frameworks.
